The Raptor R's suspension and transmission upgrade kit is pre-installed to withstand intensive and extreme use with high-power brushless motors. Made from our toughest material and capable of withstanding the lowest temperatures, the Raptor R's driveshafts and suspension components are reinforced with additional material and an oversized design to form a virtually indestructible transmission.

CLIPLESS BODY INSTALLATION
High-flying stunts and desert speed runs at over 95km/h won't disturb the Raptor R's clipless bodywork. The locking tabs hold the body firmly in place, but release in seconds for access to the chassis. The Raptor R's hidden locking system maximizes convenience and realism by doing away with traditional retaining clips that would interrupt the body's clean lines.

TRAXXAS STABILITY MANAGEMENT
The stability management system (TSM) works in the background to help you harness the Raptor R's extreme brushless power for maximum acceleration and precise control. Adjust the level of assistance from 0 to 100% directly from your transmitter. Learn more.

NEW EXTENDED 4X4 CHASSIS
The Raptor R's new extended chassis features a longer wheelbase developed specifically for this model. In addition to realistic proportions, the longer footprint improves high-speed stability and sharpens handling. Additional reinforcements in the chassis improve structural rigidity to withstand the most intense actions and stunts.

BRUSHLESS POWER VELINEON
The name Velineon stands for extreme brushless power. The propulsion system is optimized for speed and acceleration, from the patented High-Current connector to the custom-wound 4-pole motor.

WATERPROOF ELECTRONICS

WHEEL AND TIRE REPLICATIONS
The large black chrome wheels faithfully reproduce the Raptor R's rims to scale one. Licensed BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A K02 tire replicas are pre-glued to the rims with raised lettering and authentic tread for added realism. Their oversized 114mm diameter gives the Raptor R an imposing presence and superior grip on the road or in the wild.

QUICK-RELEASE BATTERY HOUSING
The Raptor R houses its battery deep inside the chassis, behind reinforced sidewalls for maximum protection. A quick-release battery holder accommodates a wide range of batteries, including long format NiMH and LiPo batteries. A reinforced latch provides a solid locking action to protect batteries, whatever the nature of the action.

LED LIGHTING

The Raptor R features front and rear LED bumper lighting to extend your fun late into the night. These durable bumpers protect the optical units from collision damage with a fully waterproof design for all-weather fun.
